Narrative:
Location: ord. After landing on runway 14L ord during low visibility and snow, we were told to exit at runway 36 and left on taxiway P. By this time, we were already past the runway 22R-4L runway sign or the sign was covered with snow. Anyway, I turned off at the first available runway which I assumed to be runway 36 because taxiway P was right there, in sight, and I thought I had already passed runway 22R. Slowing and preventing skidding during turns was my main concern at this time. The runway I exited onto was runway 4L, an active departure runway.
