Narrative:
Captain initiated taxi from gate. Right wingtip struck deice tower. Damaged plastic cap over strobe light. The ramp was slippery, aircraft had just been deiced. Deice tower was not located near right wing until completion of deice. I could not see out of side window due to deice fluid on window. After contact we shut down, deplaned passenger and had wingtip inspected by maintenance.

Title: A COMMUTER BA32 STARTED TAXIING FROM THE GATE AREA AND R WINGTIP STRUCK A DEICE TWR. A PLASTIC CAP OVER THE STROBE LIGHT WAS DAMAGED. ACFT WAS INSPECTED BY MECHS.
Narrative: CAPT INITIATED TAXI FROM GATE. R WINGTIP STRUCK DEICE TWR. DAMAGED PLASTIC CAP OVER STROBE LIGHT. THE RAMP WAS SLIPPERY, ACFT HAD JUST BEEN DEICED. DEICE TWR WAS NOT LOCATED NEAR R WING UNTIL COMPLETION OF DEICE. I COULD NOT SEE OUT OF SIDE WINDOW DUE TO DEICE FLUID ON WINDOW. AFTER CONTACT WE SHUT DOWN, DEPLANED PAX AND HAD WINGTIP INSPECTED BY MAINT.
