Narrative:

On dec xx 1996 at XA00, flight from den-lar, VMC approach to lar. After descent checklists and in range checklist were complete, crew put gear down and did before landing check. The 3 green gear light illuminated, red gear handle illuminated, and the gear horn sounded. The crew performed a pass over airport to have ground crew check nosegear for down position. Over radio, agent said it looked down. After climbing back to 9000 ft, crew performed another gear extension according to abnormal checklist. After complete had ground airport personnel stand by to make sure gear was down for second time pass over airport, and they said it looked down over radio. We had ground rescue personnel standby for normal landing.

Title: FLC OF A BEECH 1900 HAD A LIGHT AND HORN GEAR WARNING AFTER PUTTING THE GEAR DOWN FOR LNDG. AFTER RECYCLING THE GEAR AND HAVING GND OBSERVERS CHK THE GEAR POS TWICE DURING A FLY BY, THEY SUBSEQUENTLY LANDED SUCCESSFULLY WITH EMER GND EQUIP STANDING BY.

Narrative: ON DEC XX 1996 AT XA00, FLT FROM DEN-LAR, VMC APCH TO LAR. AFTER DSCNT CHKLISTS AND IN RANGE CHKLIST WERE COMPLETE, CREW PUT GEAR DOWN AND DID BEFORE LNDG CHK. THE 3 GREEN GEAR LIGHT ILLUMINATED, RED GEAR HANDLE ILLUMINATED, AND THE GEAR HORN SOUNDED. THE CREW PERFORMED A PASS OVER ARPT TO HAVE GND CREW CHK NOSEGEAR FOR DOWN POS. OVER RADIO, AGENT SAID IT LOOKED DOWN. AFTER CLBING BACK TO 9000 FT, CREW PERFORMED ANOTHER GEAR EXTENSION ACCORDING TO ABNORMAL CHKLIST. AFTER COMPLETE HAD GND ARPT PERSONNEL STAND BY TO MAKE SURE GEAR WAS DOWN FOR SECOND TIME PASS OVER ARPT, AND THEY SAID IT LOOKED DOWN OVER RADIO. WE HAD GND RESCUE PERSONNEL STANDBY FOR NORMAL LNDG.
