Narrative:
Visual approach clearance given. Not sure if clearance to land was given. Approximately 4 NM from runway, I, the first officer reporting (flying right seat, sic duties), asked den tower of our status -- if we were cleared to land. No response from tower after approximately 3 attempts. Finally, after overflying the runway for an unknown distance (runway in question runway 17L, 12000 ft long) we received clearance to land. Touchdown at vref +/-115 KTS. At that point, anti-skid lights came on, showing system malfunction. Next, thrust reversers would not deploy. Switch to arm, no lights (no arm lights). Captain recycled it, nothing happened. Spots of ice on runway made it difficult to stop. At the end, avoided obstructions at end of runway, as well as runway lights on the side. Ran off the side/end of runway about 50 ft down, 20 ft to the side. Brakes operational, no damage on aircraft. Runway closure. Rescue equipment showed up, pulled it out.

Title: LEAR 25 MAKES FAST, LONG APCH WHILE WAITING CLRNC LNDG. LANDS LONG AND FINDS THAT THE ANTI-SKID SYS IS NOT ACTIVATING. REVERSERS FAIL TO DEPLOY AND ACFT EXITS OFF END OF RWY. RWY EXCURSION. LOSS OF ACFT CTL.
Narrative: VISUAL APCH CLRNC GIVEN. NOT SURE IF CLRNC TO LAND WAS GIVEN. APPROX 4 NM FROM RWY, I, THE FO RPTING (FLYING R SEAT, SIC DUTIES), ASKED DEN TWR OF OUR STATUS -- IF WE WERE CLRED TO LAND. NO RESPONSE FROM TWR AFTER APPROX 3 ATTEMPTS. FINALLY, AFTER OVERFLYING THE RWY FOR AN UNKNOWN DISTANCE (RWY IN QUESTION RWY 17L, 12000 FT LONG) WE RECEIVED CLRNC TO LAND. TOUCHDOWN AT VREF +/-115 KTS. AT THAT POINT, ANTI-SKID LIGHTS CAME ON, SHOWING SYS MALFUNCTION. NEXT, THRUST REVERSERS WOULD NOT DEPLOY. SWITCH TO ARM, NO LIGHTS (NO ARM LIGHTS). CAPT RECYCLED IT, NOTHING HAPPENED. SPOTS OF ICE ON RWY MADE IT DIFFICULT TO STOP. AT THE END, AVOIDED OBSTRUCTIONS AT END OF RWY, AS WELL AS RWY LIGHTS ON THE SIDE. RAN OFF THE SIDE/END OF RWY ABOUT 50 FT DOWN, 20 FT TO THE SIDE. BRAKES OPERATIONAL, NO DAMAGE ON ACFT. RWY CLOSURE. RESCUE EQUIP SHOWED UP, PULLED IT OUT.
