Narrative:
In sum: clearance delivery issued pre departure clearance, cleared as filed tjst JAAWS9 jaaws idaho-mem. Center advised them that their clearance put them in conflict with arrival traffic. Center was not aware of their clearance of jaaws direct idaho. Center advised them to notify company of filed flight plan and have it revised. They did so! Copies of pre departure clearance and filed flight plan retained.

Title: LGT RECEIVED IMPROPER ROUTING FROM DISPATCHER. WHEN CLRED AS FILED IN THE PDC, THE ACFT WAS CLRED INTO A CONFLICT WITH OTHER TFC.
Narrative: IN SUM: CLRNC DELIVERY ISSUED PDC, CLRED AS FILED TJST JAAWS9 JAAWS IDAHO-MEM. CTR ADVISED THEM THAT THEIR CLRNC PUT THEM IN CONFLICT WITH ARR TFC. CTR WAS NOT AWARE OF THEIR CLRNC OF JAAWS DIRECT IDAHO. CTR ADVISED THEM TO NOTIFY COMPANY OF FILED FLT PLAN AND HAVE IT REVISED. THEY DID SO! COPIES OF PDC AND FILED FLT PLAN RETAINED.
