Narrative:
We had completed the after start checklist on this reposition ferry flight when the marshaller instructed us to stop. The captain applied the brakes rather abruptly and the flight attendant fell against the cockpit and bathroom door and bruised her hand. After asking her via interphone if she was ok, we then continued on.
