Narrative:
On arrival to dca on the finks 6 we missed the turn at doccs intersection. We should have turned on the 226 degree radial of linden VOR but instead continued direct to armel. This occurred during the descent at a time when the workload was high. I need to review the arrs with greater care.

Title: MD80S ACFT ON STAR ARR, FLC MISREAD ARR PROC AND FAILED TO TURN AT DOCCS AS DEPICTED AND INSTEAD PROCEEDED DIRECT AML. ATC INTERVENED AND ASKED IF THAT WAS WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THEN RECLRED THEM THAT ROUTING.
Narrative: ON ARR TO DCA ON THE FINKS 6 WE MISSED THE TURN AT DOCCS INTXN. WE SHOULD HAVE TURNED ON THE 226 DEG RADIAL OF LINDEN VOR BUT INSTEAD CONTINUED DIRECT TO ARMEL. THIS OCCURRED DURING THE DSCNT AT A TIME WHEN THE WORKLOAD WAS HIGH. I NEED TO REVIEW THE ARRS WITH GREATER CARE.
