Narrative:
We were practicing approachs at oto ILS, had been announcing our intentions and were on procedure turn, ILS runway 17, when aircraft (believed to be grumman cheetah or tiger) passed at angle from left rear to right front and just overhead, seemed to be flying direct to the beacon, and made no radio xmissions. Everybody at uncontrolled fields should monitor and talk.
