Narrative:

On approach to landing I went through my checklist. I noticed the right main gear light did not show down and locked, I retracted the gear to recycle it. While the gear was retracting, I became preoccupied with shutting the heater off and adjusting power. In the process I failed to notice I did not put the gear selector back down and verify 3 greens. When I did notice the gear was not down I initiated a go around, but in the process got a little too low and hit the propeller tips on the runway. I came around and made a normal landing. To prevent a recurrence, once you start a checklist stay in sequence, complete one task before moving on to another.
