We were issued the profile descent runway 24 for toronto. We were either given or misunderstood the altimeter setting. 30.22 is what we set. We were level at ricki intersection. ZOB asked our altitude. 11000 ft was responded. They gave us altimeter setting 29.64. We set the 'new' meter and climbed up. No conflict we know of.
