Narrative:

First officer landing runway 23R at ind. Landing uneventful, though there had been mixed precipitation earlier, and the temperature was about freezing. Braking action was good on the runway, and we rolled slowly to the end of the runway. As we turned off the runway, at a crawl, we completely lost traction. The aircraft slid off the side of taxiway A12. Braking and steering were nil. We were prepared for poor braking during landing and knew the txwys would most likely be worse.
