Narrative:
Approaching carrol county (tso) from the east I called unicom at 10 mi and was advised runway 25 was active. At 5 mi I announced I would be entering a left upwind for runway 25. Upon entering the upwind I announced. Half way upwind I was called by a plane approaching from the south to ask my position. Upon my answer said plane said he had me in sight and would follow me in. I then announced crosswind, downwind, base, and final. After landing I was approached by an irate pilot who said I had cut him off on final and that although a collision was not imminent it had been a rather close call. At no time did this individual announce anything on his radio (which was vouched for by the other pilot I had talked to on upwind) and said he did not know I was in the area until he heard me announce final. It seems although this pilot was blaming me, that he had not flown a standard pattern and had not used his radio at all. My only fault in this matter was that although I had looked to the right before tuning final I had not looked carefully enough. If needed I have the n-numbers of the other planes involved.

Title: SMA ARRIVING TSO FROM THE E ANNOUNCED INTENTION TO ENTER L UPWIND AND WAS CALLED BY ACFT FROM S AS TO POS. ADVISED AND CONTINUED COM IN THE PATTERN, DOWNWIND, BASE AND FINAL. AFTER LNDG AND PARKING WAS ADVISED BY ANOTHER PLT WHO HAD MADE NO RADIO CALLS, HE WAS CUT OUT ON FINAL. NO ESTIMATED DISTANCE GIVEN. NEVER SEEN BY RPTR.
Narrative: APCHING CARROL COUNTY (TSO) FROM THE E I CALLED UNICOM AT 10 MI AND WAS ADVISED RWY 25 WAS ACTIVE. AT 5 MI I ANNOUNCED I WOULD BE ENTERING A L UPWIND FOR RWY 25. UPON ENTERING THE UPWIND I ANNOUNCED. HALF WAY UPWIND I WAS CALLED BY A PLANE APCHING FROM THE S TO ASK MY POS. UPON MY ANSWER SAID PLANE SAID HE HAD ME IN SIGHT AND WOULD FOLLOW ME IN. I THEN ANNOUNCED XWIND, DOWNWIND, BASE, AND FINAL. AFTER LNDG I WAS APCHED BY AN IRATE PLT WHO SAID I HAD CUT HIM OFF ON FINAL AND THAT ALTHOUGH A COLLISION WAS NOT IMMINENT IT HAD BEEN A RATHER CLOSE CALL. AT NO TIME DID THIS INDIVIDUAL ANNOUNCE ANYTHING ON HIS RADIO (WHICH WAS VOUCHED FOR BY THE OTHER PLT I HAD TALKED TO ON UPWIND) AND SAID HE DID NOT KNOW I WAS IN THE AREA UNTIL HE HEARD ME ANNOUNCE FINAL. IT SEEMS ALTHOUGH THIS PLT WAS BLAMING ME, THAT HE HAD NOT FLOWN A STANDARD PATTERN AND HAD NOT USED HIS RADIO AT ALL. MY ONLY FAULT IN THIS MATTER WAS THAT ALTHOUGH I HAD LOOKED TO THE R BEFORE TUNING FINAL I HAD NOT LOOKED CAREFULLY ENOUGH. IF NEEDED I HAVE THE N-NUMBERS OF THE OTHER PLANES INVOLVED.
