Narrative:
During my preflight cockpit check I noticed that my left hand, when placed in normal position on control yoke, would contact the windshear caution/warning light bracket located on underside of glareshield, thus interfering with full control movement. Other DC9's in our fleet may be like this and should be checked. DC9-30 ship no xx is not safe to fly as is!
