Narrative:
While being marshaled out from gate with passenger on board, aircraft slid on sheet of ice resulting in left winglet contacting a jetway. Contributing factors: ice on ramp area which had not been treated. Also low lighting conditions due to time of day -- dawn. Ways to prevent recurrence: occurrence happened with only 1 marshaller. Perhaps having a second marshaller walk the wing when the ramp is contaminated will help avoid a recurrence. Also, pre-treating the ramp with sand or other substances will help avoid a recurrence.
