ATC facility: detroit approach. Location: dtw/300/5. During missed approach due to windshear alert, we were assigned 3000 ft. While climbing to assigned altitude, I was focused on controling the aircraft, which was experiencing moderate turbulence, with significant airspeed fluctuations. Climbed through assigned altitude, stopping climb at 3500 ft, before descending to 3000 ft.

WHILE CLBING TO ASSIGNED ALT, I WAS FOCUSED ON CTLING THE ACFT, WHICH WAS EXPERIENCING MODERATE TURB, WITH SIGNIFICANT AIRSPD FLUCTUATIONS. CLBED THROUGH ASSIGNED ALT, STOPPING CLB AT 3500 FT, BEFORE DSNDING TO 3000 FT.
