Narrative:
I was working ground inbound and coordinated with the local controller to cross 2 aircraft at taxiway north, 2 aircraft at taxiway B, and 1 aircraft at taxiway east. I instructed these planes to cross at the appropriate time. Local south asked if I was clear of runway 30L. I said I was clear and he cleared his aircraft for takeoff. A controller at ground meter said 'watch your guy at taxiway B.' I looked up and the crossing airplane was in the middle of runway 30L taxiing clear to his gate. Local south controller canceled the departure's takeoff and the aircraft turned off the runway at taxiway Q.

Title: GND CTLR RPT REGARDING CLRNC OF TAXIING ACFT ACROSS RWYS. GND TOLD LCL THAT RWY WAS CLR. IT WAS NOT, THERE WAS STILL TFC TAXIING ACROSS. TKOF CLRNC CANCELED.
Narrative: I WAS WORKING GND INBOUND AND COORDINATED WITH THE LCL CTLR TO CROSS 2 ACFT AT TXWY N, 2 ACFT AT TXWY B, AND 1 ACFT AT TXWY E. I INSTRUCTED THESE PLANES TO CROSS AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME. LCL S ASKED IF I WAS CLR OF RWY 30L. I SAID I WAS CLR AND HE CLRED HIS ACFT FOR TKOF. A CTLR AT GND METER SAID 'WATCH YOUR GUY AT TXWY B.' I LOOKED UP AND THE XING AIRPLANE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF RWY 30L TAXIING CLR TO HIS GATE. LCL S CTLR CANCELED THE DEP'S TKOF AND THE ACFT TURNED OFF THE RWY AT TXWY Q.
