Narrative:
While receiving biennial flight review the instructor pulled the power back for a simulated engine out and we may have came too close to homes in a small town.

Title: SMA ACFT PLT RECEIVING BIENNIAL FLT REVIEW WAS GIVEN SIMULATED ENG FAILURE AND ACFT DSNDED TOO LOW OVER POPULATED AREA.
Narrative: WHILE RECEIVING BIENNIAL FLT REVIEW THE INSTRUCTOR PULLED THE PWR BACK FOR A SIMULATED ENG OUT AND WE MAY HAVE CAME TOO CLOSE TO HOMES IN A SMALL TOWN.
