Narrative:
After takeoff, attempted to retract landing gear. Handle moved to up position and indicated 3 red lights. Followed abnormal procedure, visual inspection revealed gear pins installed. Dumped fuel and returned to msp for a normal landing.

Title: DC10-15 CANNOT RETRACT GEAR AFTER TKOF. VISUAL INSPECTION REVEALS THAT THE GEAR SAFETY PINS WERE STILL IN THE LNDG GEAR. FUEL IS DUMPED WITH ACFT RETURNING TO MSP.
Narrative: AFTER TKOF, ATTEMPTED TO RETRACT LNDG GEAR. HANDLE MOVED TO UP POS AND INDICATED 3 RED LIGHTS. FOLLOWED ABNORMAL PROC, VISUAL INSPECTION REVEALED GEAR PINS INSTALLED. DUMPED FUEL AND RETURNED TO MSP FOR A NORMAL LNDG.
