Narrative:
On numerous occasions we were unable to activate CAT ii because of bulb outages or generator failures. Aircraft are forced to hold so that we can verify if CAT ii can be used. Because of this unnecessary delay we should test CAT ii weekly to verify its performance.

Narrative: ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS WE WERE UNABLE TO ACTIVATE CAT II BECAUSE OF BULB OUTAGES OR GENERATOR FAILURES. ACFT ARE FORCED TO HOLD SO THAT WE CAN VERIFY IF CAT II CAN BE USED. BECAUSE OF THIS UNNECESSARY DELAY WE SHOULD TEST CAT II WEEKLY TO VERIFY ITS PERFORMANCE.
