Narrative:
On numerous occasions we were unable to activate CAT ii because of bulb outages or generator failures. Aircraft are forced to hold so that we can verify if CAT ii can be used. Because of this unnecessary delay we should test CAT ii weekly to verify its performance.

Title: RPTED PROB OF CAT II ACTIVATION DUE TO BULB OUTAGES OR GENERATOR FAILURES. RPTR RECOMMENDS WEEKLY TEST FOR CAT II TO REDUCE CURRENT HOLDING DELAYS WHILE ITS PERFORMANCE IS VERIFIED.
