Narrative:
Arrived lakeland, fl, for fly-in event. Landed runway 9L, which is normally a taxiway. Told to follow plane in front, taildragger about 100 ft ahead. Didn't notice active runway 9R and taxied across without clearance. No incident! Tower never advised to switch to ground. Though no aircraft taking off at time I crossed runway 9R, it was unnerving. Event officials (FAA) need to advise all aircraft to contact ground or have line personnel direct traffic.
