Narrative:

During climb our attention was drawn to the cabin pressure which was climbing higher than it should have been. We did not set our altimeters to 29.92. Passing 18000 ft MSL, current altimeter was 29.43, approximately 400 ft difference. After a few mins we noticed and corrected our error and descended to our altitude of FL190.
