Narrative:
Airport surface detection equipment locked up and failed during a rainy evening at mci. Maintenance was able to reset each time, but it failed on 3 different occasions. The reasons that it locked up are not known at this time.

Title: ASDE LOCKED UP AND FAILED 3 TIMES DURING RAINY EVENING. MAINT RESET EQUIP BUT IS UNAWARE OF CAUSE.
Narrative: ARPT SURFACE DETECTION EQUIP LOCKED UP AND FAILED DURING A RAINY EVENING AT MCI. MAINT WAS ABLE TO RESET EACH TIME, BUT IT FAILED ON 3 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. THE REASONS THAT IT LOCKED UP ARE NOT KNOWN AT THIS TIME.
