Narrative:
Aircraft #1 vectored on a base turn from downwind east to runway 35C at dfw. Aircraft #2 dogleg to final from southeast to runway 35R at dfw. Aircraft #1 was to turn behind aircraft #2 both at 4000 ft, however, turn was made very rapidly with strong winds aloft. Aircraft #1 responded to TCASII and climbed to avoid aircraft #2.

Title: APCH CTLR VECTORING AN MD88 FOR VISUAL APCH TO RWY 35C TURNED AND DSNDED THE ACFT INTO A CONFLICT WITH A B727 ON A VECTOR FOR A PARALLEL RWY. THE MD88 SAW THE B727 AND RECEIVED A TCASII RA AND CLBED OVER THE TOP OF THE B727. CTLR RPTR MISJUDGED THE WINDS AND THE TURN OF THE B727.
Narrative: ACFT #1 VECTORED ON A BASE TURN FROM DOWNWIND E TO RWY 35C AT DFW. ACFT #2 DOGLEG TO FINAL FROM SE TO RWY 35R AT DFW. ACFT #1 WAS TO TURN BEHIND ACFT #2 BOTH AT 4000 FT, HOWEVER, TURN WAS MADE VERY RAPIDLY WITH STRONG WINDS ALOFT. ACFT #1 RESPONDED TO TCASII AND CLBED TO AVOID ACFT #2.
