Narrative:
We pushed back and captain was asked by the tug driver if brakes were set. He replied that 'brakes set.' however, the brakes were not set and the aircraft rolled into the towbar. The service nozzle for the nosewheel strut was cracked and the fluid in the strut drained on the ground.

Title: B737-300 ACFT AFTER PUSHBACK. GND CREW CALLED FOR BRAKES SET AND CAPT RESPONDED THEY WERE SET, BUT THEY WEREN'T. WHEN TOWBAR WAS REMOVED, ACFT ROLLED INTO IT CAUSING STRUT CRACK AND FLUID DRAIN.
Narrative: WE PUSHED BACK AND CAPT WAS ASKED BY THE TUG DRIVER IF BRAKES WERE SET. HE REPLIED THAT 'BRAKES SET.' HOWEVER, THE BRAKES WERE NOT SET AND THE ACFT ROLLED INTO THE TOWBAR. THE SVC NOZZLE FOR THE NOSEWHEEL STRUT WAS CRACKED AND THE FLUID IN THE STRUT DRAINED ON THE GND.
