Narrative:

We were cleared for the visual approach to runway 18R and told to switch to tower. After that, we encroached onto the east side of the airport and received a TCASII TA and immediately corrected back onto the runway 18R final. We had mistakenly idented the east runways as the west side due to haziness. ATC did not seem to notice our deviation.

Title: FLC OF A MD SUPER 80 DRIFTED OFF OF RWY APCH CTRLINE DUE TO VISIBILITY REDUCED BY HAZE.

Narrative: WE WERE CLRED FOR THE VISUAL APCH TO RWY 18R AND TOLD TO SWITCH TO TWR. AFTER THAT, WE ENCROACHED ONTO THE E SIDE OF THE ARPT AND RECEIVED A TCASII TA AND IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED BACK ONTO THE RWY 18R FINAL. WE HAD MISTAKENLY IDENTED THE E RWYS AS THE W SIDE DUE TO HAZINESS. ATC DID NOT SEEM TO NOTICE OUR DEV.
