Narrative:
A flap slat disagreement problem during landing at dfw required a missed approach at 3000 ft, climb to 6000 ft straight out. Problem worked in accordance with operations manual and return for normal landing. A point to note is that this was the 4TH flap/slat incident I've had in the past 3 weeks. Can there be a trend developing here?
