Coming out of sdf on IFR GPS direct fwa. Never received a changeover frequency from departure out of sdf. Tried on several frequency to contact between sdf and past indianapolis with no luck. Finally reached fwa approach around 60 NM south of fwa. Had VFR WX at all times.

Narrative: COMING OUT OF SDF ON IFR GPS DIRECT FWA. NEVER RECEIVED A CHANGEOVER FREQ FROM DEP OUT OF SDF. TRIED ON SEVERAL FREQ TO CONTACT BTWN SDF AND PAST INDIANAPOLIS WITH NO LUCK. FINALLY REACHED FWA APCH AROUND 60 NM S OF FWA. HAD VFR WX AT ALL TIMES.
