Narrative:
On flight from mco to bos with antiskid deferred, normal visual approach and landing was made to runway 22L. Touchdown was accomplished, at normal rate of descent and flare, within 1500 ft of displaced threshold. Immediately after touchdown the aircraft started to decelerate on its own without braking while reversers were not yet above idle. At the same time, l-hand wing began to dip and aircraft started to try to veer to the left. I maintained directional control and brought aircraft to full stop using reverse. Aircraft was stopped on centerline within first 1/2 of runway. Emergency vehicles arrived on scene and informed us that we had 4 blown tires on the left landing gear. Further inspection revealed that the l-hand brake control valve was reported to be defective.
