Narrative:

I departed 5b6 VFR northbound. While passing approximately 2000 ft MSL, I saw a bird and hit it. I climbed to 3000 ft. The engine was running rough and I saw my oil pressure going down. I was with cape approach for advisories, and I let them know about my oil pressure. I turned back toward 5b6, but engine began running rough. I was cleared to land otis ANG base. I believe the bird strike somehow caused damage to engine.
