Narrative:
While on flight from orf to cho at 6000 ft, when cleared for approach to cho, runway 3 landing checks completed. While landing, heard loud noise from front of aircraft. Aircraft was rotated into the air with full power. ATCT was told of the go around, gear/flaps were retracted. Landing was made a second time without problems. Inspection of aircraft when parked revealed damage to all 3 propeller blades, flaps, step and antennas. Gear selector on first approach was down, no gear unsafe horn was heard. Second approach gear was recycled down and up 3 times before landing. Mechanic stated that nothing was wrong with the gear, but could not check the gear unsafe warning horn. ATCT did not notice gear down or up on first landing, 4 radios calls were needed to notify ATCT of the go area, no further assistance was requested of the ATCT.
