Narrative:

Everything was normal on the taxi out, although the morning departures were being delayed due to takeoffs on runways 28 at sfo due to winds and WX. Also, ground control was splitting time on 121.8 and 124.25 due to the density of the ground traffic. As we crossed runway 28L and position and hold runway 28R we were given a 3 min delay for flow into lax while holding on runway 28R. Another flight was given clearance to cross runway 28L at intersection P and hold short of runway 28R. We were then given clearance to take off on runway 28R. As we set takeoff thrust, both the captain and I watched the other flight as we rolled down runway 28R to be sure the aircraft held short. As we passed intersection P, and looked down the runway, the captain saw a baron beechcraft at the far end of runway 28R and approaching, captain stated over the radio 'aircraft on runway,' then stated, 'rotate.' seconds later, the tower said 'oh shit.' upon hearing that, we told the tower we had the baron in sight and were told to call upon landing in lax. We cleared the baron by 50 ft or so. The flight continued to lax without further incident.
