Narrative:
During departure from gate in msp, we were unable to power back with 1.3 EPR. Aircraft weight was 146000 pounds, temperature 82 degrees, uphill pwrback. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, we called for a pushback crew and were subsequently pushed off the gate and continued the flight. Upon landing at mco, the right reverser amber and blue lights did not illuminate, no adverse yaw noted. After clearing the runway, we tried the right reverser again -- this time all indications were normal. Entered in logbook.
