Narrative:
I was en route from fdk to blm airport. Philadelphia approach gave vectors through the class B and 'released me direct to blm remain on squawk code and have a day.' this heading would take me through the A-220 airspace near mcguire AFB. Using the rbv VOR and onboard GPS map, I remained outside the airspace and believe it so as it was crosschecked on the VOR and the GPS. My passenger and I were treated to the underside view of a military transport no less than 1/2 mi at our 4-5 O'clock position level. That plane was in a 30-40 degree bank away from us. I was still on phl approach frequency and code and not expecting any warnings and remained on it till destination. No one called. I submit this to express concern that I was targeted or not seen close to their airspace and will be giving a wider berth next time around military airspace.

Title: A C182 PLT AND HIS PAX WERE SURPRISED WHEN, WHILE CIRCUMNAVING MIL AIRSPACE, THEY GOT A CLOSER VIEW OF A C141 THAN THEY DESIRED. THE RPTR RESOLVES TO GIVE MORE ROOM TO SUCH AIRSPACE IN THE FUTURE.
