Narrative:

Holding behind an ATR at zb, we were cleared to follow the ATR to runway 29 full length, and to expedite. I followed about 2 aircraft lengths behind the ATR. The timing was such that I crossed the runway 22L centerline, at the same time a DC10 passed overhead. This about 2500 ft from the runway 22L GS antenna. This means the DC10 was about 150 ft above me. Holding at zb until the DC10 passed would have created no conflict.

Title: A TAXIING COMMUTER ACFT WAS CLRED ON A TXWY THAT CROSSED THE EXTENDED CTRLINE OF A DEP RWY. A DEPARTING DC10 ACFT CROSSED 150 FT OVER THE TOP OF THE RPTR AS THEY PROCEEDED TO TAXI. THE RPTR FEELS THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN HELD SHORT OF THE TXWY UNTIL THE DC10 PASSED.
