Narrative:
The frequencys in area 7 at ZTL are constantly unusable and unreliable. No one can seem to find the answers and in the meantime, the amount of usable frequencys is dwindling. We are not able to open one of our sectors because we must use its frequency for a busier sector. There are no answers for the future -- it is only getting worse.
