Narrative:
Descending from 6000 ft to 4000 ft, TCASII RA appeared and instructed us to climb to avoid traffic at 11 O'clock, 4000 ft and climbing towards us. We climbed about 1000 ft and traffic cleared off our left side approximately 1 mi.
