Narrative:

When cleared for takeoff at dtw, runway 21C, we heard tower say turn to heading 335 degrees after takeoff. Captain read back 335 degrees. I made takeoff, and turning through 300 degrees, tower asked our heading. When captain replied turning to 335 degrees, controller stated we were to be on a 235 degree heading. We were told to maintain the heading we were on and intercepted the departure. There was no conflict with other traffic. Supplemental information from acn 372533: departure said 'say heading.' we responded 335 degrees assigned. Controller stated 'your mistake, fly 235 degree heading.' I had heard from tower 335 degrees, first officer heard 335 degrees, and I read back 335 degree heading to tower. I don't know what more we can do.
