Narrative:

Air carrier X (a CL65) was taxiing north on taxiway a towards runway 16L at ftw. Small aircraft (a C172P) was taxiing behind the jet. In the run-up area, air carrier X pulled up to the hold short line facing west. Cessna small aircraft proceeded to taxi to the run-up area, as cleared, moving as far away as possible from air carrier X. As cessna small aircraft moved behind air carrier X, the jet increased throttles to break free of their position and take the runway. When jet exhaust increased, the blast caught cessna small aircraft broadside and tipped it over on its right wingtip and nose. The aircraft righted itself and the pilot shut the aircraft down and got the student clear of the aircraft.
