Narrative:

2 events of restr airspace incursions. After departing sfb and clearing orl class B, I started a climb to get on top of clouds (scattered). While maneuvering around clouds to maintain VFR, I penetrated or was very close to R2910. Later in cruise at 8500 ft MSL over moody AFB, I started a descent because of headwinds. The descent required a great deal of maneuvering to avoid clouds and as a result, I lost track of my exact location and entered moody airspace R3008A/R3008B. Moody approach advised me that my on course heading of 340 degrees would take me out, but due to clouds I had to maintain a 360 degree heading until clear.
