Narrative:
PA28 X on left downwind runway 29L, while PA28 Y entered left downwind runway 29L nearly broad-siding PA28 X on his entry. I just did have enough time to alert PA28 X of the impending situation. The aircraft missed each other.

Title: ATCT LCL CTLR OBSERVED A PA28 ENTERING THE L TFC PATTERN FOR RWY 29L HAVE AN NMAC WITH ANOTHER PA28 THAT WAS ALREADY ESTABLISHED ON DOWNWIND. CTLR BARELY HAD TIME TO WARN THE ACFT OF THE POTENTIAL CONFLICT.
Narrative: PA28 X ON L DOWNWIND RWY 29L, WHILE PA28 Y ENTERED L DOWNWIND RWY 29L NEARLY BROAD-SIDING PA28 X ON HIS ENTRY. I JUST DID HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO ALERT PA28 X OF THE IMPENDING SIT. THE ACFT MISSED EACH OTHER.
