After takeoff may have entered notamed area departing airport. NOTAM brief by stl WX was confusing. Airport advice was lacking. Should have ensured proper briefing to understand published NOTAM.

Narrative: AFTER TKOF MAY HAVE ENTERED NOTAMED AREA DEPARTING ARPT. NOTAM BRIEF BY STL WX WAS CONFUSING. ARPT ADVICE WAS LACKING. SHOULD HAVE ENSURED PROPER BRIEFING TO UNDERSTAND PUBLISHED NOTAM.
