Narrative:
At least 6 different times during june, ARTS equipment at mci was not working properly and in 1 instance, failed completely. This resulted in controllers transitioning to emergency situation procedures and possibly not providing pilots with the service they are accustomed to.

Title: RPTR STATED THERE WERE 6 TIMES IN THE MONTH OF JUNE WHEN THE ARTS EQUIP WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND 1 TIME WHEN IT FAILED COMPLETELY.
Narrative: AT LEAST 6 DIFFERENT TIMES DURING JUNE, ARTS EQUIP AT MCI WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND IN 1 INSTANCE, FAILED COMPLETELY. THIS RESULTED IN CTLRS TRANSITIONING TO EMER SIT PROCS AND POSSIBLY NOT PROVIDING PLTS WITH THE SVC THEY ARE ACCUSTOMED TO.
