Narrative:
I looked at the chart wrong. I thought it said 200 degrees for runway 18L but it was for runway 18R tampa. Fatigue was the cause. Controller said 'no problem.' we corrected without incident (200 degrees to 184 degrees).

Title: FLC OF AN SF34-L TURBOPROP FAILED TO FOLLOW THE SID PUBLISHED PROC AFTER TKOF AND TURNED TO A HEADING USED FOR THE OTHER PARALLEL RWY. ATC CAUGHT THEIR ERROR AND TURNED THEM BACK TO RWY HEADING.
Narrative: I LOOKED AT THE CHART WRONG. I THOUGHT IT SAID 200 DEGS FOR RWY 18L BUT IT WAS FOR RWY 18R TAMPA. FATIGUE WAS THE CAUSE. CTLR SAID 'NO PROB.' WE CORRECTED WITHOUT INCIDENT (200 DEGS TO 184 DEGS).
