Narrative:
Student pilot flew first cross country, landed at destination (bkd). On the way back, radio failed, got disoriented and missed home airport (50F). Continued to fly in easterly direction and violated class B airspace as it started at 3000 ft MSL while student flew at 5500 ft MSL. Student landed at 4t6, where she was picked up by her instructor.

Title: C152 STUDENT PLT GOT LOST RETURNING TO HOME BASE DUE TO RADIO FAILURE, BUT LANDED AT ANOTHER ARPT. PENETRATED CLASS B AIRSPACE ENRTE.
Narrative: STUDENT PLT FLEW FIRST XCOUNTRY, LANDED AT DEST (BKD). ON THE WAY BACK, RADIO FAILED, GOT DISORIENTED AND MISSED HOME ARPT (50F). CONTINUED TO FLY IN EASTERLY DIRECTION AND VIOLATED CLASS B AIRSPACE AS IT STARTED AT 3000 FT MSL WHILE STUDENT FLEW AT 5500 FT MSL. STUDENT LANDED AT 4T6, WHERE SHE WAS PICKED UP BY HER INSTRUCTOR.
