Narrative:
During arthur kill departure lanna transition (SID), while on 250 degree heading, did not intercept and track inbound to solberg on 100 degree radial. Assumed that we were on vectors after turning to 250 degree heading. ATC inquired as to whether we were turning to intercept 100 degree radial from solberg. He then issued a heading to solberg, no conflict ever occurred. The requirement to turn to intercept the solberg 100 degree radial is included in 1 sentence with 3 other transitions -- none in 'bold' type. This would ensure better accuracy.
