Narrative:

During climb phase of flight after sterile period, the #1 flight attendant informed me that a lady had passed out and an ex paramedic and a physician's assistant were assessing her condition. She was given oxygen. She woke up and felt as if she was going to pass out again. I declared a medical emergency with ZFW and returned to dfw airport. Paramedics took her off the flight. Her 2 companions accompanied her to the hospital. When we returned to dfw because of the incapacitated passenger, we had to make an overweight landing. Landing weight was 138000 pounds, smooth touchdown, and sink rate was approximately 200 FPM.
