Narrative:
I contacted pompano tower for a landing and was cleared for a right base approach to runway 14. On my base leg, I selected gear down proceeded with landing only to hear the propeller scraping the runway. Plane stopped safely on runway with no injuries and no fire. While waiting for recovery personnel saw landing gear breaker tripped. This may have affected gear warning system and caused gear not to extend.
