Narrative:
Turned to heading 360 degrees at jstrm intersection, when should have continued on radial towards pie. Fine print note on chart directed the turn to 360 degrees for landing south. Tpa was landing north. Controller caught it and gave a turn to 270 degrees which saved the day. Were dodging a few small cells and got distracted enough to misread the chart. The notation in larger/bold print would help as a quick reminder.
