Flight attendant left flight before departure. We had at all times 3 qualified flight attendants on aircraft. The third was an extra flight attendant going to bzn. Flight #xx msp-bzn aug/thu/97.

Title: 1 CABIN ATTENDANT LEFT THE B727 AFTER THE PAX WERE BOARDED AND DID NOT RETURN. THERE WERE 3 QUALIFIED ATTENDANTS REMAINING FOR THE FLT WHICH INCLUDED ONE THAT WAS GOING TO DEADHEAD TO THE FLT'S DEST.
Narrative: FLT ATTENDANT LEFT FLT BEFORE DEP. WE HAD AT ALL TIMES 3 QUALIFIED FLT ATTENDANTS ON ACFT. THE THIRD WAS AN EXTRA FLT ATTENDANT GOING TO BZN. FLT #XX MSP-BZN AUG/THU/97.
