Narrative:
We failed to comply with the white water 1 departure for cvg runway 18L. Captain failed to review pre departure clearance which specified the SID, white water 1. Additionally, captain was missing his navigation chart page which included the white water 1 departure. Additionally, captain failed to review the cvg NOTAMS which emphasized the necessity of complying with the white water 1 runway 18L departure. To prevent this from happening again crew should be more diligent in reviewing pre departure clearance's sids, and NOTAMS regarding sids.
